DM Shaver Sales & Service is an outdoor power equipment shop, specializing in chainsaw and generator service and repair. As an authorized dealer for Dolmar Power Products, Briggs & Stratton Home Generator Systems, and Kawasaki Engines, we have the knowledge and resources to keep you and your equipment running at peak performance. It is our mission to offer the best products available at the most reasonable prices. Owner Dan Shaver, has been working in the small engine industry since 1994. He is a Briggs & Stratton Master Service Technician, and is certified by the Equipment and Engine Training Council as a Two Cycle, Four Cycle, Generator, and Electrical technician. During the school year, Dan teaches Outdoor Power Equipment Technology at Oswego County BOCES, a local vocational school. He has worked in the logging industry as a feller, and has met the requirements for Trained Logger Certification by New York Logger Training. Dan has also completed Game of Logging, levels 1-4, and occasionally teaches chainsaw safety and tree felling classes to other woodcutters.
